S.M. Kirov Ust-Katav Wagon-Building Plant (Roscosmos) is a defense enterprise and the core employer of Ust-Katav, a town in the Chelyabinsk Region. UKVZ JSC’s core business areas are:

·         tram manufacturing, including major overhaul of tram cars;

·         space industry operations;

·  civilian products (pumping equipment for the oil industry and gas control equipment);

·         sales of spare parts, tools, and accessories.

Project specifics:

- separate inventory accounting for state defense order contracts (Federal Law 44-FZ) and government contracts (Federal Law 223-FZ); - regular production replanning for products whose design work is not yet finalized, using work-in-progress buffers and completed production stages of semi-finished products, parts, and assembly units;


- sales and production planning before a contract is signed, with subsequent allocation of manufactured products (costs incurred) to a specific customer order;


-   production of components for servicing civilian and defense products (automated cost planning to support the lifecycle of manufactured products).

The implementation followed the standard 1C methodology. Project details are classified.
